Mark Capell is an associate working out of the Irvine office. Mark primarily defends personal injury matters arising out of vehicle collisions, pedestrian accidents, and wrongful death actions. He also defends habitability cases as well as issues of premises liability. Mark brings a high level of dedication and insight into defending personal injury matters, having spent time as General Manager/operator in Orange county and New York.
Mark earned his J.D. at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles and completed his bachelors at Cal-State Fullerton, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Mark is a proud father of three. He and his wife met in southern California. Together they enjoy Angels baseball games, cooking, the local beach, and church events.
