About

Gina has taken cases to trial, arbitration and mediation with successful results. She has 20 years of extensive experience trying cases to verdict and litigation a variety of cases involving automobile liability, trucking liability, premises liability, and complex injuries including brain injuries, spinal injuries, orthopedic injuries, TMJ, complex regional pain syndrome, paraplegia, quadriplegia, and wrongful death. She has represented clients, such as celebrities and athletes, in high profile cases.

Previously, Gina was a Trial Attorney IV at Nationwide Insurance where she specialized in commercial lines and represented business entities in lawsuits involving complex injuries and multi million dollar lawsuits.

Prior to joining Nationwide, Gina was a Trial Attorney in the General Counsel department of United Services Automobile Association (USAA). Her caseload involved defending complex litigation, involving personal injury, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death and premises liability.

While at USAA, she obtained a defense verdict in Los Angeles Superior Court in a case involving disputed liability and damages in excess of $1 million.

Gina has provided training and seminars to claims departments of insurance companies and corporations on the anatomy of a lawsuit, negotiations, legal issues, evaluations of claims and changes in law.

Prior to law school, Gina played an integral role in her family’s farming and trucking business in the San Joaquin Valley. She was the head of legal operations and was responsible for handling legal matters involving immigration, agriculture, trucking accidents, workers compensation issues, real estate development and business litigation.

In her spare time, Gina is active in the sporting events of her children and she serves on the Board of Directors of Northwood Little League. She also volunteers at school and is an active member of the Parent Teacher Association. She is also an alumnae of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She enjoys cooking, exercising and scrapbooking.
