Molloy, Brendan

About

Brendan Molloy is an associate in the firm’s Irvine office. He represents defendants in claims stemming from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. Prior to joining Gates, Gonter, Guy, Proudfoot, and Muench LLP, Brendan spent time working in Probate Law, business litigation, and other civil litigation firms. Mr. Molloy has defended and represented individuals and private entities faced with or bringing lawsuits stemming from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice.

Mr. Molloy graduated cum laude from Mt. Saint Mary’s University in Maryland with a bachelors in history with minors in business and philosophy. Thereafter he worked full time for different firms as a Certified Law Clerk while attending Law School in the evenings. As a result, Mr. Molloy was able to gain valuable civil litigation experience including attending trial and giving a closing argument which resulted in a favorable verdict for his client. In May of 2022, Brendan obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and began working with a probate firm before joining G3PM Law.
