Angie Phung has represented clients in a wide range of practice areas including insurance defense, employment law, business and real estate litigation, personal injury, family law, errors and omissions insurance defense, contract management and negotiations, business development and marketing, corporate governance, as well as providing her clients with innovative business solutions and risk mitigation for challenging situations.

Prior to joining Gates, Gonter, Guy, Proudfoot & Muench, LLP, Ms. Phung was the managing partner of her own law firm that specialized in wage and hour claims, unpaid overtime, missed meal and break periods and related penalties against small and large corporations in the State of California that resulted in over a million dollars in settlements for her clients. She also served as a District Agency Business Consultant for Farmers Insurance Group Financial Services wherein she consistently ranked top five for Agency Business Consultants in the Western territory comprised of seven states and received Agency Business Consultant of the Quarter (Q2-2014) where she was ranked #1 out of 257 business consultants in the nation due to average net policy in force growth of 19 polices monthly, average increase of gross folio premium of $15,458.00, and increase in new business by 55.2%.
