Tucker W. Wade is an Associate in the firm’s Irvine office. His practice is devoted to civil litigation defense.
While in law school, under the auspices of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (“MATA”), Tucker co-authored an amicus curiae brief in support of the appellees in Reckis v. Johnson & Johnson and McNeil-PPC, Inc., concerning matters of law on direct appellate review before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. He subsequently received the MATA President’s Award for his contribution.
In addition, Tucker completed a judicial internship with Justice William P. Robinson III of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, and a legal internship in the Consumer Protection Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. He also was a summer associate at Credit Suisse A.G. in its former U.S. private banking business where he was the only law student in the summer M.B.A. program.
During college, Tucker competed in the Eastern Association of Rowing Colleges as a member of the Holy Cross men’s varsity and freshman heavyweight rowing teams.
He is a Fellow of the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana, California, a Member of the Sherman Library & Gardens in Corona del Mar, California, and a Member of the Orange County Bar Association.
