Kaylee Carroll is an associate attorney working out of the San Diego office, focusing her practice on personal injury litigation. She brings a strong foundation in both plaintiff and defense work, shaped by a diverse legal background that includes experience in employment law, mass torts, and criminal defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Kaylee worked for a firm representing clients in employment law matters. She also served as a law clerk at a mass torts firm handling litigation related to the Boy Scouts of America and gained valuable courtroom exposure as a legal intern with the San Diego Public Defender’s Office. During law school, Kaylee was the President of the Women’s Law Association and involved with Lawyer’s Club of San Diego.
Kaylee earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2024 and was admitted to the California Bar in 2025.
Outside of her legal practice, Kaylee enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. She loves reading, traveling, listening to live music, and relaxing at the beach.
