Silva, Jose

Jose Francisco Silva is an associate working out of the Irvine office. Jose primarily defends personal injury matters arising out of vehicle collisions, pedestrian accidents, and wrongful death actions.  Prior to joining Gates, Gonter, Guy, Proudfoot, and Muench LLP, Jose spent time working in criminal defense and as a plaintiff attorney in personal injury matters in Orange County.

Beyond his legal expertise, Jose enjoys an active lifestyle. He is an avid pickleball player, a dedicated runner, and can often be found working out at the gym. Jose proudly supports the Los Angeles Lakers.
